Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians are among the most critical members of a comprehensive treatment team. Behavior technicians work directly with children to implement treatment plans designed by behavior analysts. The most successful technicians are go-getters who are committed to doing whatever it takes to help a child achieve their fullest potential. Candidates must possess an openness to ongoing training, coaching, and supervision by certified staff. Paid career advancement opportunities exist for those who wish to pursue a career in ABA as a certified behavior analyst.
